Worry stones, sometimes known as Thumb stones, have an indentation on one side so that you can rub your thumb on it to rub your worries away. Often the stone is in a pocket so nobody else can see. You don’t have to learn any complex techniques to use it – just rub it between your thumb and forefingers. Very useful to relieve worries, stress, and anxiety.
