Vivianite is a rare phosphate mineral that forms in low-oxygen environments. Initially colourless or pale green, it darkens to deep green, blue, or black, due to oxidation and light exposure, until eventually, over time it becomes opaque.

Country of Origin: Most likely, because of the matrix it is on, llallagua, Bolivia.
Size: 45mm x 30mm visible crystal, the whole specimen, including matrix, 65mm x 43mm
