Tangerine Aura Quartz is a beautiful pale tangerine coloured stone, sometimes called Sunshine Aura. The colour is created when quartz is heated to 871 °C in a vacuum with vaporised gold, iron oxide, and copper. The atoms from these three minerals fuse to the crystal’s surface, which gives the crystal an iridescent metallic sheen.
