Stibnite is also known as antimonite. It is a grey mineral, with a distinctive metallic luster, composed of antimony and sulphur. It is the primary ore from which Antimony is extracted. Historically, it was used in cosmetics, fireworks, and percussion caps, and during World War II, it was a critical component for manufacturing bullets.
