Quartz, Lithium Phantom (1) (Crystal)

Lithium Quartz is a combination of clear quartz with inclusions of Lithium rich minerals. The Lithium is not often seen as a phantom as clearly as this, it usually appears as a purple mass. It is the presence of the Lithium that makes this Quartz Crystal so special. This is a one-off piece with a beautiful phantom of lithium inside the quartz crystal.

Please note: The dark colouring at the point of the quartz crystal is a shadow of the crystal faces on the tip of the crystal, it shows in the picture but not in the piece itself.
